Can I cancel my order after I've made a purchase?

Yes! We offer immediate order cancellation between 24 and 48 hours of your order being placed.

Your order will be cancelled and refunded in full as soon as we get your request, so as the order has not shipped out yet.

If you would still like a refund once your order has been shipped out, you will have to initiate our standard returns process.

How do I return or exchange an item?

Our return policy is effective for 30 days from the time your order is delivered.

Please refer to our returns & refunds policy for more information on how to initiate the returns process.

What types of Payment methods do you accept?

We offer various payment methods: Bank Transfer, GCash and recently we got our website approved to accept major credit cards such as Mastercard and Visa via PayMongo!

What are your shipping options?

Currently, we ship out items through J&T.

You can pay in Philippine Peso and Payment is fuss free & safe too! You will only be asked to enter your credit card information only once. You just need to remember your password every time you purchase.

GCASH 

For payments done through bank deposit, please email the screenshot of the online confirmation to havoc.ceb@gmail.com so we can process your order.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

Our partner courier will collect the payment at your chosen destination and hand over your product. Please provide us with a Phone Number to help us during the Delivery Process.

SHIPPING

Standard Shipping Times

Metro Manila: 7 - 15 business days
Regional: 7 - 15 business days
Cebu: 1 - 3 business days

Processing Times

Orders take 1-2 business days to process after placing the order before shipping out. We do not ship out on weekends.

Where Can I Find my Tracking Number?

When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number.

If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, no worries. Contact us and we'll solve it!

Unexpected Delays

In some instances the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. External factors might cause shipping delays such as international customs processing and holidays that we cannot control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation.

When it comes to refunds, you have two options:

Store Credit

We offer store credit equivalent to any and all item(s) in your order.

Return Shipping

Please note that you will be responsible for any and all return shipping costs. You will not be responsible for return shipping costs if the item you are returning is damaged.

  2. ADD TO CART the product/s that you wish to buy

  3. If you are satisfied with your order/s and wish to check out, just click the shopping bag icon and proceed to CHECKOUT

  4. Input your email address and the necessary information needed on the SHIPPING ADDRESS section

  5. Proceed to CONTINUE TO SHIPPING

  6. For the payment, you have two options. You can pay using your credit/debit card or GCASH.

  7. Click COMPLETE ORDER once you choose your mode of payment

  8. Please take note of your order number.

  9. You will receive updates regarding your order/s through email
